Our collaboration with Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI) continues with the development and supply of Centralized Diagnostics systems for the electric operation of TD96/2 level crossing barriers.

Predictive diagnostics plays a key role in continuously monitoring railway infrastructure and anticipating potential failures or malfunctions, providing operators with a clear and up-to-date overview of equipment conditions. This approach enables more efficient maintenance planning and helps ensure high levels of service availability and quality.

The introduction of this system enables remote supervision of critical level crossing functions, contributing to increased infrastructure reliability, smoother road traffic flow and the modernization of the railway network.

Installed inside the control cabinets, the centralized diagnostics system continuously monitors key operating parameters in real time through dedicated analog and digital sensors. The collected data is analyzed to accurately identify faults or wear conditions, allowing maintenance teams to determine the required materials and equipment before intervention.

The remote supervision platform, accessible through dedicated credentials, provides an integrated overview of all systems along the railway line, enabling the monitoring and control of both individual level crossings and the entire infrastructure.

Through predictive diagnostics applied to the electric operation of TD96/2 level crossing barriers, our goal is to ensure high levels of service availability and quality while contributing to reduced maintenance costs and supporting the development of a more reliable and efficient railway network.
