A Carousel Plant for B70 Railway Sleepers

WEGH Group has built a carousel plant for a new railway industry operator, designed for the production of B70 monoblock railway sleepers.

The solution was developed to ensure high production performance, with a capacity ranging from 800 to 1,000 sleepers per shift. Thanks to its modular design, the plant can also be easily expanded to meet the customer’s future production requirements.

The project’s key features include the plant’s high level of automation, the use of components supplied by leading European manufacturers, and WEGH Group’s extensive experience in designing and building reliable, high-performance solutions for the railway industry.
