Thanks to the synergetic cooperation between the Sleepers Division and the Production Plant Division, the sleepers’ production plant recently recorded a significant increase in performance, from a nominal capacity of 150 to an actual average of 175 sleepers/hour during the last quarter.
An increase of +17% that is not the result of a single intervention, but of progressive and widespread optimisations: from the revision of internal flows to material management, to slight changes to the layout and individual machines in the production plant.
This result was possible thanks to the commitment and professionalism of the operational teams of both Divisions.
This path has not only increased the efficiency of the Sleepers Division but has also enabled the Production Plants Division to further strengthen its expertise, with a direct impact on the quality of the service offered to customers.
