Railway Sleepers Supply Contract for RFI

WEGH Group, an international player in the production of concrete railway sleepers, announces that it has acquired a supply contract for railway sleepers for Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI).
The framework agreement provides in a Temporary Grouping of Companies (RTI in Italian) for the supply of around 600,000 pre-stressed reinforced concrete sleepers for the period 2023-2026.
The contract represents a major success for WEGH Group, which confirms its position as an established supplier to RFI, with which it has been working for more than 30 years.
WEGH Group is proud to contribute to the renewal and modernisation of the Italian railway network, one of the largest and most complex in Europe, serving the mobility and development of the country.
