NEW SOBOCE ARMAMENT PLANT STARTED UP IN BOLIVIA

In Bolivia, prestressed concrete sleepers are also produced using WEGH Group technology. In recent days, Sociedad Boliviana de Cemento S.A. (SOBOCE) has successfully started up the plant, manufactured and supplied by WEGH Group, capable of manufacturing more than 500 sleepers per day designed for the use of Pandrol FD attachments.
In this first phase, the sleepers are used in the modernization of the Montero-Bulo Bulo line. WEGH Group delivered, tested and started up the plant in the very short time foreseen by the contract, confirming the consolidated know-how both in the product and in the production process thanks to the 70 production plants of railway sleepers built in more than 30 countries.
