For more than 20 years, our TD96/2 level crossing electric point machine (categorical FS 842/020) have continued to demonstrate high levels of reliability, availability and safety.
WEGH Group has always placed great emphasis on railway safety and continues to constantly improve its products.
For this reason, even though TD96/2 point machines were already equipped with all RAMS requirements, WEGH Group decided to introduce some modifications to the existing product in accordance with the reference standards EN 50126 and EN 50129.
This allowed the TD96/2 level-crossing electric point machines to obtain the highest degree of safety certification “Safety Integrity Level 4” SIL4, which represents the rate of occurrence of dangerous situations, confirming once again that they meet the expectations of the Railway Authorities.
