WEGH Group delivered and activated two level crossings, the latest version of the SIL4 certified eLCSP systems, for the protection of two road intersections in Modena. In particular, the one that protects the intersection with Via Alessandro Cavazza has complete barriers while the second on the important axis of Via Francia is made of double pair of half-barriers. Both level crossings are ready for future upgrades. WEGH Group with its complete level crossing systems is the main supplier of these safety devices for the Italian railway networks, thanks to the recognized reliability of its products, and exports its technology in this field in many foreign countries, including, recently, Vietnam, Ethiopia and Ghana.
